CHIEF BUSINESS OFFICER
Core Responsibilities
Provides expert advice to the executive corporate leadership on matters of sales, marketing, government contracting and business development.
Proposes products and services based on market research and analysis of the Company's customer base, competitors, and external conditions.
Creates metrics to monitor the growth and performance of the Company.
Reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and corporate managers on progress made towards achievement of Company objectives.
Identifies and engages new clients, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships for the Company.
Establish and cultivate relationships with key stakeholders in the space and satellite industry.
Serve as the chief negotiator for business contracts between the company and external parties.
Prepares business documents for approval by the Chief Executive.
Serve as the primary business representative for external events and conferences.
Plans marketing campaigns and manages the Company's brand and media portfolios.
Recruit and coordinate a marketing and sales team as needed.
Performs other marketing and sales duties as required.

Requirements
Bachelors in Marketing, Business Management, Economics, or related field with a combined 6 years experience in market research, government contracting, sales, grant writing, contract negotiation, program management or related subjects;
MBA or Masters degree with a combined 3 years experience in market research, government contracting, sales, grant writing, contract negotiation, program management, or related subjects.
To conform to U.S. Government space technology export regulations, applicant must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S. protected individual as defined by ITAR (22 CFR 120.15) or eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the U.S. Department of State.
